Products purchased from OyBaby.com or
directly from OyBaby personnel can be returned for a full refund at any
time for any reason whatsoever. We're that confident you will love our
products.
DVD or CD scratched? Videotape unspooled all over your family room?
We'll replace those too. We have kids. We know how it is.
Products purchased from a retail store
or online store other than OyBaby.com should be returned to the place of
purchase and subject to that reseller's return policy. If you wish to
return OyBaby and are unable to return it to the place of purchase, please
contact us directly (contact information provided below). We will happily
stand behind our product if you are not completely satisfied.
Reseller Return Policy
Resellers may return products
to OyBaby after 90 days, but not after 1 year. Products must be in saleable
condition, and in the plastic wrap in which the product is packaged, unless
the product is inoperable.
